Records related to the City Heights Pilot which was an agreement between San Diego State University, San Diego Education Association, Price Charities, San Diego Unified School District, Rosa Parks Elementary, Monroe Clark Middle School, and Hoover High School that focused on educational excellence and reform in those schools. The program began in 1998, and was renewed in 2002. Records include proposals and reports as well as advisory board meeting materials.
