Grant materials, reports, correspondence, and agreements between San Diego Unified School District, the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, San Diego County Office of Education, and the University of California San Diego regarding the Educational Leadership Development Academy. With the University of San Diego as the lead organization, ELDA aimed to prepare educational leaders, provide support and training to teachers.
